These scientists wanted to find out if eating fruits and vegetables could make people healthier. They asked a group of people to eat more fruits and vegetables every day for a month. Then, they checked to see if the people felt better and had more energy. They found that the people who ate more fruits and vegetables did feel healthier and had more energy. So, the scientists think that eating fruits and vegetables is good for our bodies!
